Service was o.k. - People we work with were awesome People. But this transaction on buying this House took almost 4 Months, Seller was undecided weather to sale or not to sale, and that was the delay of it all. Overall- People were fantastic, They were all awesome People. I surely would recommend these People I work with to Friends and Families. I would like to Thank you to everyone that were involved in selling this House to my Wife and I. Thank you ALL again.

Overall Tom was very pleasant to work with. There was one issue however and that was Tom mentioned that New American would match competing rates. During the process, the interest rate dropped about 0.1 % and a different lender offered a lower rate. New American could not match that offer plus the time required to analyze this resulted in a re-lock which raised my fees by $600. Still, I moved forward with New American due to time constraints and the effort involved in the process.

signing the final docs and getting some of those docs taken care of almost had me to the point of cancelling the entire transaction. I had to fax in additional docs after the fact. One doc they wanted my ex-wife who hasn't been on the deed for 6 years to sign something? Way overboard.

Response time at first from Shay was less than stellar, however it was very good midway through and up to the end of the process. Shay was always polite and courteous. Suzi Jones, however, was horrible. David Marinez was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
