This is strictly constructive criticism for the company and not necessarily Lindsey's fault. I did not have an answer if we were out of underwriting until the day we closed. I asked for closing figures and did not receive the final numbers until the morning we closed. The night before closing, my wife got a random phone call at 530pm saying we were getting a home loan and needed to verify some of our information. We immediately considered this fraudulent and refused to provide the info.

Needed stronger communication and more consistent check-in’s. Also, there were terms and phrases used that I didn’t understand, including different phases of the application. The agent could call the client to confirm that they understand the process. .

I was told it was going to be around 4000 to close ended up been 8000. Took forever to close but i guess that we can blame on the covid- but overall he was a nice guy and tried to awnser everything i asked..

Zo did a good job, but the overall team that was assembled to do this loan re-finance was not well coordinated. The loan refinance took over 90 days and while this was primarily the fault of the underwriters and the team they assembled, it was frustrating, causing a high level of stress, and ending with 9 pm signatures at my house to try to finish the loan refinance. I think Zo did a good job on the front end and his manager did everything he could to help the process.

Zo was knowledgeable and professional. The support team and processors were okay, but I really felt that customer service was lacking. I had to ask if my loan was funding. Information was not requested from the processor and then at the 11th hour I was asked to provide additional items on two separate occasions. I had to make a mortgage payment when I was told that I did not have to, so I was not expecting to have to put out the money. I understand that this is a busy time, but customer service

Zo was fine through the process. He answered our questions and replied quickly. The problems are in underwriting. The escrow amount was wrongly calculated and we had to point out our taxes were half of what NAF said. After closing, we got refunded the amount we over paid to escrow because it was still calculated wrong. We were told the final amount on Sat. and we closed on Mon. so we had to pay extra money to wire the funds. Could have saved $48 if we were told the amount 1 day sooner.
