Loan processing was extremely slow with few updates - only when asked. Did get a few other offers in the interim but didn't accept to avoid too many credit hits. Always had the concern what if they come back with something and decline.. Was given interest rate of 2.75% and before I could even get back (within 24 hrs), I was told it is no longer available and I needed to pay points (around 4K). That was a 'not happy' experience. Tonyelle and Stephanie - excellent client management skills.
