Ahndi was great to work with, per my Husband. However, I found too many parties involved A bit distracting , and there could Be more print follow up initiated on your side ( not by my husband). Overall glad that we got our new rate in place.

Some of the steps through the process took longer than expected and some where confusing. The estimate cost was way off the final closing cost. Just need better communications with customer and faster service.

Overall the process seamed sloppy. Simple mistakes on paper work that slowed down the process and required more work on my end. Overall I am satisfied with the results, but the process could have been better.

For me everything went great and pretty quickly but my brother that is also going through the same refinance process as me, he actually started the process before me and referred me to you, hasn't heard anything in a while about his loan. I'd be more willing to refer people to this company if he had the same experience as me.
