Allen was incredibly pleasant to work with. I would've benefitted from some additional communication in the interim while things were processing behind the scenes (there were moments where I was unsure if the deal was still happening). Overall, Allen worked really well with my needs and was responsive when called upon.

Henry was a great representative. He was always timely, friendly and helpful. The process New American uses to refinance seems to take an inordinate amount of time however.
