Well, it wasn’t his fault but our house almost fell out of escrow three times because of miscommunications. Underwriters need to be more familiar with VA loans. Other then that we liked the rate and help they he got us. Would love to work with him again but I don’t know if I want to work with cardinal financial. Thanks for your help have a great day.

Bryan needs to have someone he can work close with so when he has emergencies a person would be able to talk to his back-up. He’s a wonderful young man and does his work very well. I just think if he had additional support he could be fantastic

Dave was great however his under writer doing the loan Amber called us to set up an appointment with a notary and she told us the wrong day and time so we both lost out on work and money due to the situation! We waited and the notary never showed and when we finally got a hold of Dave he said it must have been a misunderstanding! Amber would not call and Apoligize per my request and we almost canceled the loan due to her being disrespectful..

We had to make multiple corrections on name spelling, the specifics of military service, as well as ensuring that the correct property tax was included. I understand that this was not only on Candice, so my rating does not reflect entirely on her but the New American Funding as a whole. My recommendations for improvement would to be a stickler for the details and to provide the buyer with an exhaustive list of what is required to complete the loan process instead of piece-mealing requirements.
