Every day there was 1 more piece of paper. Closed a week and a half late. This was on a no brained loan. Great LTV, excellent credit, great ratio’s. You told me the hold up was with the subordination agreement with my bank, so I go in there to get on them only to find out you hadn’t even sent it. You sent it 8 days before the closing date.
