Everything was good up until closing day. That was an awful experience especially when it was no fault of my own. I was then being pressured to correct the mistake of the loan processor in order to close. Which in return made a happy occasion turn into moments of frustration and disappointment because the sellers could’ve walked away. COMMUNICATION could’ve prevented the situation. Lender credits would’ve also been nice.

Vicki was very nice. Things seemed to be going along fine. We were promised some things for using the lender. In the end communication was not great and it was very disappointing when we went to signing. If we were told what was going on it would have been much different.
