This has less to do with Jonathan than the overall experience with new American. The communication was spotty at best through the whole process. It was relatively simple, and honestly Jonathan was probably the best part. But we never knew what was going on. We are not the kind of customer who needs their handheld, but if we work, this would be a terrible company to work with.
