There was no way I could rate my experience as OK. Being a first time home buyer, I was thinking the process wouldn’t be so tedious. Therefore, I learned a lot about how the housing market works and the level of detail that goes with it. Overall it was a good experience, not great. Also, knowing that there are multiple people involved in the process, being on the same page is critical. Nonetheless, I want to thank Gloria for her hard work and communication during the process! On my end, I will be better prepared the next go round.

Good far too long. Multiple times returned for additional paperwork. Overall I’m happy with the result, but the timelines were way drawn out and they underwriting needed to be updated seemingly over and over again. I have four more loans that I would like to accomplish the process is just lazy.

Bryan is friendly and communicates well. It took a little longer than I expected, but I think because Bryan was looking out for our best interest. He was waiting for a certain law to pass that would lower the interest rates. So, not complaining!
