VERY, VERY Easy! Did the app online, did all the communication via email, they setup the appraisal company, they setup the meeting with the notary public and paid off the current mortgage without me having to do anything. Overall, great experience.

Overall company is great. Just had a bit difficulty sometimes reaching Loan officer, underwriter delayed closing and gathered additional information about my employment that should have been gathered in the beginning of the process.
