Jarrod was wonderful and very attentive. Once my file was moved from him to Marcus Phung is when everything went downhill. Multiple other people had to get involved and I still hardly heard from Marcus. I would not recommend New American Funding to anyone based off how poorly my file was handed after it left Jarrod. Typing this is like beating a dead horse but just know I will be moving my mortgage once we sell this house and build. Once again, Jarrod was the ONLY reason I stayed and finished this refinance. He was wonderful.
