Devin was great for returning our calls promptly. He was professional and courteous but our refinance was difficult. The departments didn't seem to communicate well with one another. They did finally get the refinance done after almost 3 months.This ended up being the most stressful refinance I've ever done. To be fair it was a FHA loan. They can be very picky but this went beyond that. This company seems to pass the buck. It doesn't instill alot faith in me. Hopefully in time my in them trust will be restored.

Everything was perfect until I got to the underwriting process?? I don’t feel it was more so Craig’s fault but I feel once I was asked to send final documents I wasn’t receiving any confirmation as to if I had the right documents or if the documents were even received. I just think the customers should be informed a little more so they can better prepare instead of rushing at the end besides that Craig has been excellent
