It was confusing on who to contact during the process. I probably spoke with Eric maybe once or twice. But Tiffany (I believe was her name) was truly heaven sent. She answered all of my questions and was always willing to call me back. The other part that was confusing was which step I was in as far as my process. I never received my "clear to close" notification. I found out I was fully funded the next day after closing. Overall, the process was confusing and I never understood where we stood. However Tiffany was truly amazing and I would definitely work with her again.

Someone should have reviewed the closing documents with me prior to the day of signing. Also on numerous occasions I had asked about my heloc account and then at the last minute was told that I needed to close it with no real reason why after being told it was fine
