Hector and Nohely kept us up-to-date on most of the loan process. Honestly, the home loan process is not a fun experience for anyone...fisrt, the reqmt to send just about every piece of personal identifiable information (PII) over the 'net makes anyone feel uncomfortable, so to say the loan experience was great is a falsehood. Plus the feeling of having done something wrong with my financial situation even though i had 6x the loan amount in my portfolio is a stressor no one likes to feel. Its one of the worse experiences ever, and this was the 2nd time i did it...i wont ever do it again, no matter who the loan co. is. With that said, Hector and Nohely were great to work wuth.

With having the Covid forbearance on the loan and it been so new it made it very stressful and time consuming but at the end everything worked out and Jordan got the loan closed with the original fees.
