This is not reflective of Ms. Sweeney in any way. This is more a thought about NAF itself. We tried to get our loan started for months (4 months went by) without any sort of contact. Once we did come in contact with Ms. Sweeney, everything was fine from then on. It was just frustrating to feel (especially as existing NAF customers) that we were perhaps getting overlooked or maybe the website wasn't doing what it was supposed to or, I don't know. Just a thought.
