The problems that I was concerned about on refinancing and discussed with Scott before we stared the the refi all occurred. I felt that Scott should have known all what we had to provide to qualify for the loan.

The whole Experience with the appraisal company hired by New American Funding was absolutely terrible!!! After repeated calls the floor plan they show was never corrected!!!
