Overall it was an easy transaction. Only issue was the loan funding timely and wire being received on date promised. Part of this is due to not completing a form to use escrow towards loan balance and having to correct closing statement. A ball got dropped but was not catastrophic.

Rather than sending emails that need a rapid or timely response, I think a phone call would be better because with so many moving parts going on in a move (especially cross country), everyone doesn't check their email on a regular.
