Good overall experience. I think communication was very limited this time around when I went through the loan process. Prior to getting an offer accepted on a home, Jason was helpful with answering my questions. Once the loan process started, I wish I was informed more on status and kept in the loop on what was going on. I felt I had to keep asking for information. I do appreciate New American Funding not asking redundant questions when I submitted my finance documents. Other lenders asked questions on what I had already submitted. Overall good. I just would prefer to be educated more along the process as this isn't something I do all the time and it is a lot of money I am spending.

William Kova was great however Adam Mann was always out of office I couldn't get a straight answer to my question from him and repeatedly ask for employment verification even after I sent documents requested by him via my work email showing I still have my job. I found it unprofessional badgering several of my fellow employees who recently bought houses never had to go through what Adam put me through.

Jeff did an awesome job working with me, however the assistant kept messing up pricing and numbers whenever I received different documents. Also, the numbers listed on the contract were confusing and hard to understand without a constant re-explanation.
