Kurt Olson was great. Dealing with the rest of the company was painful. Sent about 60 documents, some three times. It wasn't until I wrote a 3 page thesis, explaining the money trail, that they quit asking for more documents.

Don’t ask for documents 2 weeks after closing on loan because you didn’t check for it beforehand. Very unorganized home buying experience

I think between the company trying to hose me on the Interest rate. And the overall service I personally will not be using new American funding. Armine was pleasant I think the underwriters and who ever proposed to my rate almost a full point over the market was enough for me to definitely wipe my hands of your company! I’m glad we could close though.
