There was a change of loan officers in the middle of are process, which was no fault of Moustafa. He was very helpful and answered questions that we had. There was extra information asked for us to provide but did tell us how to do it. It was a guessing game and trying to get information from the processor that would not respond to are emails was frustrating. The process is a lot different than the last time we did this years ago. Thank you

Things went along fairly well throughout the process, overall experience was pretty good. Just not something to brag about…not sure if this was the best lender to go with. Very expensive closing costs, I felt.

Anthony was great through most of the process, but I feel he fropped the ball near closing. Anthony was telling the buyer one thing andgiving her dates, but didn't include the agents. Over all things worked out and no real complaints
