Having offered the new lower rate for me instead of me having to find out on my own and asking about it and basically being told no at first until I pushed a little on the matter. This was our second time using your company because the first time was very good and everyone was helpful, answered many questions and we felt like y’all went out of your way. This time around felt more like, “they should know all this”. Returning clients should feel happier about their decision to use your company again. I would recommend your company as we do like Amy Harvell, but always treat returnees like newborns.
