Employees that were not trained properly, we lost money and time over this and even brought issues into my health day to day. Commnuication seems to not exist between departments much less different offices around the country. We were told one thing and then be left in the dark for days at a time until Jennifer came in when all the walls were falling inward. She did a very good job to get the derailed train back on the tracks again. Things became easier but the market had changed and we got caught in the middle.

It would have been great to have had more explanation of the documents that we would see and a breakdown of what they meant as first time homebuyers. We went into it very blind and could have used some clarity and coaching!

Need to ensure timely response from all team members back to the client. If nothing else to say you received the requested info and are reviewing it or if the client asks questions respond with either an answer or acknowledgement of the question if you have to reach out to other parties for the answer. Waiting 4 or 5 days to reply to emails makes the client assume either 1. Things are good to go or 2. You aren't on top of things. Over communication is best (just my opinion). Overall thank you for your assistance!

Certain aspects about the loan weren’t passed on to the actual loan specialist. This wasn’t caught until underwriting and the team had to go back to change forms.
