We contacted New American Funding after reading reviews that stated New American Funding is excellent for first time home buyers. We knew nothing about the home financing process. Sean Cheney was very helpful at educating us about pre-approval process and was always reachable for questions. After we found a home, Sean took a leave and the rest of his team was impossible to reach for assistance during the most complicated time. Emails sometimes partially answered, phone calls almost never taken.
