Anthony did a great job. Very professional! I had a issue with the underwriting! They kept telling me they had everything they needed, then would ask for more information. Several time! They should not say we're done with the process if we are not really done. It can get frustrating!

Communication was not the best. It was at times confusing as to what was going to happen and when. Now, we're not stupid - I'm a retired IT pro with management experience, and I demanded crisp and accurate information from my people. I had the impression that one side of your house wasn't entirely aware of what the other was doing, as I had to re-send information more than once. Your loan origination fee also seemed to be on the high side. That said, we do appreciate what we eventually got from you folks, and Jaqelyn came up with a winning strategy for the outcome of the loan, which left us with drastically reduced personal debt and a realistic monthly payment. For us, that was huge, a big deal. In sum, you have a good, but somewhat pricey service, your rep Jaqelyn did a great job, and you need to tighten up your internal and customer communications.
