Overall the communication, professionalism, and customer service I received from Jessica Stephen, Senior Loan Processor, was terrible. Jessica never answered her phone, didn’t keep me updated on the status of my loan, and wasn’t concerned about the timely processing of my loan since I was forced to follow up every day, multiple times a day. Greg Crownover was excellent, but I would not recommend NAF if Jessica Stephen continues as a loan processor.

Better communication and timely communication to help with decisions so that paperwork is not delivered at last minute. Communication was conflicting and caused unneeded stress for all parties involved.

David was very responsive and answered questions pertaining to his part in the loan process. The loan processor, Kylie Tudor, was awful. She never answered the phone and would send messages at the end of her workday so that if you called her back, she would be gone for the day. Once I was approved, no one ever sent me anything or explained the closing process/procedures. I would never do another transaction with NAT again.
