Two big things: 1. you have got to do some work on not coming across as so sketchy. I suggest starting with your web sites - pick one domain name, use it for everything (including email), and use https everywhere. 2. work with your lenders to clear up actual requirements so it doesn't sound like you're asking customers to lie in order to qualify
