They went above and beyond to get me into my home . I’m very thankful for there services and never giving up on me . I had to send in the same paper work multiple times , it which got a little frustrating . The process could of been a little bit smoother if they told me up front what type of paperwork they accept and don’t except to avoid delays. They ran multiple credit checks unfortunately, but overall very nice and helpful .

There was not enough communication and status updates on what is going on with the loan. Only when I asked questions I received feedback and sometimes the documents were submitted ahead of time and they were requested again after a couple of weeks, and day or two before the closing. There were lots of late night emails being sent and asked to submit right away for timely processing.

I am a first time home buyer. I understand that this team is very busy but I feel like I deserved more communication. There were very stressful times I had to endure alone. Things kept changing, documents had to keep being resent. I’m so glad they fought to get this done, but the process wasn’t good.
