The support staff around Steve is unorganized and inefficient. Please review my emails to/from your staff for entire context. Steve was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I enjoyed speaking with him. He was very, very good at selling the product. Execution of the process by others at Cardinal Finance was okay. it was successfully completed with only a few issues. They did a good job but nothing made them outstanding.

The service was fine. The only major deficiency that comes to mind was the fact that the lender- ordered appraisal initially appraised the incorrect house. This was only corrected after I read the appraisal report and pointed out the issue. The issue was resolved in time to close, but it was a pretty silly mistake.

Team was good at answering questions we had. Team could do better on the process up to closing. Too many request for the same informations submitted earlier. A list of to do list should be forwarded to client 1 week ahead of closing, NOT 24 hour prior to closing. Agent needs to know the exact cost prior to closing, in our case we were short of $1k+ and had to run home while at closing office. The process could have been better. Overall, thank you for walking us through the process of buying our new home.
