Brian talked to the buyers but with the buyers being so new I think it could have been helpful for me to know some of the things he was having trouble getting from them. I could have helped more as the person on this end to help make sure they where getting proper documents. When he and I talked things where making way more since than what i was getting from the buyer.

Kristin is great she helped so much, she batteled for us when thigs got tough. Im glad i had her in my corner with all the questions my wife ans I had.. and it was alot, but everytime kristin would answer right away. She really is very great at her job.

My lender was so helpful and knowledgeable from beginning to end. Even after we had closed on our house, he was still helpful on any questions that I may have. What made the experience great was that even though I was a first time home buyer and first time using my VA loan, I felt like my lender held my hand through it. Buying a home is stressful, buying a home while still oversea is even more stressful but I’m so glad I chose NAF. I not only was able to close on my loan but learned so much about my loan type. Thank you NAF!

Process was great until closing. We did not have final numbers or the loan documents until the day of closing. Very frustrating for my clients to not have final numbers ahead of time and to be able to review the statement prior to arrival. Brandon was great however the closing department dropped the ball
