Seems that I was passed back and forth to different people in the office that didn’t communicate with each other when I let them know information that was requested by different folks. There was also issues on getting the corrected information on the forms. Lastly, I feel like I was given incorrect information about the rates dropping when I was watching them come down. I could’ve gotten a better rate, but my loan officer just said it was the same rate, not really worrying about what rate I got.

Loan Officer and Originator did an excellent job. However, underwriters were wishy-washy and would say everything was approved with one condition and when condition was fulfilled, they would backtrack and request documents I had already sent weeks or a month before, sometimes not communicating until closing day. Needs better coordination and more honesty in underwriting department.
