It was between OK and Great, a solid good! I just didn't always feel as though my loan officers were necessarily working very hard to get me a good rate, but instead were content with leaving me at a higher rate (which makes perfect sense since that is how money gets made). That said, everyone was communicative and helpful and I felt it was a good team working on my loan. Thank you for all of your hard work on it!

We had made a plan to check back in the middle of 2020 regarding a refinance. i was so busy at work especially with the pandemic that I needed Mark to remind me and he did just that.
