The closing cost was competitive and we like the loan officer. However we didn’t have great experience at loan processing process; it was slow and lack communication.

Chris was great but communication internal was not so great. I had to provide documents several times during the 2 months of my refi. I would send docs and upload docs and then was requested for the same docs again. All in all it was a good experience but took MUCH longer than previous refinances with other companies and the handling of my uploaded and sent documents seem to get lost in the shuffle.
