When asking for docs, the portal was confusing. When asked for doc from her team, it was very piece mill and we got lots of emails for some items, then follow up emails for more docs, and then more. Would like to see the standard required docs like, paystubs, bank accounts, rental leases, etc., all in one list. No some one day, then others, etc. It would make the gathering of docs less stressful. Cristine was great, its when her team (assistants got involved) Hope this is not too harsh and hope this helps with you next transaction.
