He gave me a very good rate and was quick to respond to open the loan application. He quietly worked to complete the loan process in time, but as I said he worked quietly and didn't care to keep me updated as to what was happening at his end, unless I asked. Even when asked, his response was curt and not very explanatory. When I asked about his communication style, he explained it away to the heavy demands for home loans and refinancing, which was true.

Work experience to work with assigned paralegals no one answers their phone and response to email is so vague. Even after saying on email that we will call u soon but soon never comes. CD was requested 100 times and was sent 10 mins prior to closing after 100s of calls without answer. All documents provided several times but loan coordinator missed to add those until last days and ask for same documents over and over. Closing was delayed and several documents were missed by loan coordinator.

Everything went well and smoothly. However I feel that the communication could have been a little better, mostly in keeping me posted about the delays and small obstacles that was encountered along the way. Other than that, it was really good experience. I would recommend it!!

We had Refinance closer last Friday (28th Feb) and took more than 3 Hr at Sonja Selami office. Our attorney, Anna missed City tax (May2020) during CD calculation. I have bring this mismatch to notice during closing with Claire. Finally paid 3 months additional towards closing. Even received Parking ticket for delay in service
