Jacob was wonderful..I have nothing but great things to say about him, however, the processor (Joseph) was terrible. Although I can agree that I had a tough file, they waited until 2 days before we were due to close to tell me they had a problem with tax records that they had received weeks prior. I felt that my family was at risk of being homeless, which was extremely stressful. Definitely far from a seamless real estate transaction and by far the most difficult out of the 3 homes I have purchased. Not sure if I will use them in the future. Jacob definitely deserves a promotion to Senior Loan Officer after this experience...

More updates along the way would have been nice. The Vinzint marketing was annoying. I received multiple calls during a busy day at work that implied I needed to return the call for my loan to close and then when I called I was bothered with a solicitation, not cool!
