I was very surprised when the underwriter required the appraiser to return to the house to inspect or confirm that the smoke sectors were installed , I thought appraisers job was to determine the value of the property not inspect it. Thanks sam

The first thing is better communication and not only from Alex but from the loan processor and things could have been done in a more timely fashion so I wouldn't get all these calls from creditors and threats
