One thing I wish could of been different was for more communication of the documents we're signing. It felt like nothing was explained but just emails and asked to sign. Yes, I did read the documents I'd signed and it was just overwhelming when we're going through so many pages of numbers or if there was an adjustment made and we had to sign all over again. Would of been nice to know ahead, instead of just "hey, sign the documents I sent." Overall, Chao got us what we were looking for so it worked.
