This process was a rollercoaster ride! Bryce did everything she could for us but the lenders she works with, I'm not impressed by. They gave us the run around at every corner. We're FINALLY got to purchase our home but not before we were completely discouraged and to the point we didn't care one way out the other. But Bryce was great!!

Monique is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly. She discussed all options and ran numbers to match. She did a great job initially. We asked to change the loan amount from $95k to $100k . Once my husband and I realized the loan amount wasn't changed, we knew it would delay the funding of the loan so we went ahead with the lower amount. We are not unhappy with the loan or Monique but gave an "okay" rating bc I feel like once we committed to loan we ceased to be a priorty

We were contacted by your company which is the current company our original mortgage was through. It took almost six months to complete the refinance with many headaches. Most of the agents would never answer the phone when we called they preferred emails. It took almost three different agents and asking that Ray villalpando no longer work with are refinance
