There were some points during the process I felt pretty out of the loop and when I tried reaching out it almost felt like I was being put off. I know part of the team was on vacation at one point, and I can understand that was preplanned and couldn't be helped but when I had a question for her, no one else could help me with what I asked until the following week when she was back. However when I needed a little extra time to figure out some paperwork on my end, I received panicked emails saying that we might not stay on schedule if I didn't work at a quicker pace.

There was one moment when we reached an agreement with the lender regarding the interest rate, but the Lock In Agreement was sent to us at a higher number. I caught the mistake before signing and Stephen was quick to fix the issue, but that was a time when I wished the numbers were checked before the form was sent to us for signing. Otherwise, Stephen did a good job in communicating what was needed to advance the loan process to completion.

I enjoyed working with NAF. I would have appreciated better communication. Crystal was hard to get in contact with. I was asked multiple times for the same information , by different people, (who were all cc'd in the email) within the same email thread. It made me question if I even had a file. And if I did, it needed to be better organized. It was extremely frustrating. Crystal is very good at her job and is well informed. I just wish she was easier to get a hold of and that the people working for the company were more organized

Although this loan processed and funds were paid out, it seemed like this loan with its various steps, took far too long to materialize into a fully realized payout. Wether due to administrative, verification or processing delays, this loan "seemed" to take much longer to come to fruition than other loans with this company. I may look elsewhere for another loan of this type in the future.
