Communication alone is not sufficient and neither is the key. However, understanding is the key. There was a time when I didn't understand things and I wished someone could understand that not all customers are expert in home's stuff. Although, Kara was great I think her team needs a bit of improvement. Waiting until the last minute to process or explain things are not really my type of business.

Chris is great, all commutations with him were excellent and his direct support is not lacking, his support staff is incompetant and were terrible at communication. My questions were either not answered or outright ignored, requests were unclear, generally very frustrating. If in this survey I could give Chris a five, and Athena a negative three, I would.
