Shar, Thank you for all the work and timely communication during our loan process. We truly appreciate everything you did for us. Unfortunately, all the issues with Michael Heilman made our lives and the process and absolute nightmare. In our 2 times buying property and 3 refinances, we have never had such a horrible experience with a loan processor. In hindsight, I do wish our file was reassigned to someone different. I do not think that kind of service should have been allowed for an entire month. I am not confident in recommending New American Funding to others due to the possibility that they will run into someone like Michael during loan processing.

Karol was great to work with, very communicative and timely. She was a great advocate for my case, and had she not fought so hard for me I suspect I would have missed my closing deadline which would have cost me $15K. But overall I am very happy to have found Karol and New American Funding!
