The experience was not bad, this was a very quick process and we are very thankful for the assistance received from Patricia, where I have an issue is with information changing about the closing and information requested more than once after it had already been submitted, the thing that really bothered me was that I was told that a couple of loans were going to be paid off at or right after closing as part of the cash to close amount and I was never told that I was going to get checks for me to mail to the lender, then the notary that was hired to take care of the signing had a very bad attitude and she had to come back 2 times after we had already finished the signing of the documents, she did not explained the documentation that was signed, I had to ask what it was, and I wasn’t told that in order to get the wire transfer for the funds of the proceeds of the sale of my home my wife had to sign so I ended up going to the escrow company twice, then when I went there the second time I asked about the deed docs and I was told that I would get them by email, then I get a call after I had to inquire about my money that I could pick up the docs and the checks to pay off my loans so that’s a third trip to the escrow company and all this happened because I had to call to inquire about my money and the pay off of the loans, but We are thankful for Patricia’s assistance on getting our loan, is just the miscommunication the reason I don’t rate 5 stars.

Communication at the beginning was great, at the end I was very unhappy with Mat. last 4-6 weeks numbers changed often, was it legit? maybe, but communication sucked!
