Mallory was given my file, and she made sure to reach out and introduce herseld and let me know that she is reviewing my file and going over it. Since looking it over, she reassured me that my pre-approval was good to go and that if we needed help with anything she was going to be there to answer any and all questions. When questioned arose, she was quick to respond back to me and answer them. Mallory was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was our first time buying a house, so it was really stressful for us! and when I had a question that I thought was crazy, she reassured me on whatever it was that I had asked. She made sure our closing was done promptly, and that we were able to close on time. Mallory was great at her job, and made the home buying experience at ease. Although the loan processor wasn't very responsive and didn't really any any of my emails, expect when asking for required documentation. It was otherwise a very fast and nice buying experience. I will definitely recommend Mallory to friends and famity! Thank you Mallory :)

More information on what we needed , giving all the information at the very beginning of everything we needed to begin with. Instead of in the middle or towards the end of the process. Be more informative all the way around. They were helpful with everything, just need to be more informative at the very beginning. Thank you

I was happy that we ended up at the closing table the last day of the month & year end. There was communication in the beginning as far as updates on appraisal etc... However, I feel when the closing date was approaching I should have been advised of exactly what was lacking & a realistic extension. Had I known that the lender needed another 8 days to close the transaction I would have delayed the seller from rushing to clear out the condo.
