The home buying process is stressful. She was very assuring, professionally clarified situations that I had disagreed, promptly and courteously returned calls. Moreover, on the day of closing, the Underwriters changed my closing time and requested a few items in order to close; although, I had faith I was going to close, it was great having her on my team. She invited me to her office where she assisted me with everything that they requested for closing. She was a tremendous support.. Thank you.

Divah was extremely helpful and great to talk to. I did experience some frustration with other people involved in the process. Emails, texts and calls were not returned in a timely manner.
