Ashley was kind and personable. She was always willing to answer any questions I had. I wish there was a bit more communication during longer stretches of the process, or when I didn’t have questions or didn’t know what questions to ask. As a first time home buyer, sometimes I just didn’t know what questions to ask, so additional guidance would have been nice to have. But again, Ashley was very helpful when I did need something clarified. I appreciate her always taking my phone calls and answering my email without being annoyed. :)
