The communication with David Dumas was not what I expected. After The way he spoke on our initial convo I thought he was some type of scammer. i had to call Teresa to Verify that he was an actual employee.. info I requested from him prior to closing wasnt provided. He answered my calls prior to. Closing but on day of closing i couldn't get him on the phone. Nancy and Teresa were great ..

I would have liked for all papers from American Funding to have been in ontime and we could have closed at scheduled time. The 3 hour set back was inconvenient and caused my husband turmoil on his job because his employers are not understanding.
