It took awhile for the underwriters to give me update but I knew they were busy with a lot of applications. But once they finalized, it was done on a day or two

Sara was the best part of our loan experience. She was helpful and responded to us quickly. All other parts of this experience were terrible. Underwriting waited until days before our closings to ask for documents, and continued to do so past our set closing date. We ended up closing 6 days later than originally planned because they were so unorganized and behind. We were asked to send documents multiple times by different people and were asked to send documents they already had received. Communication within the company seems very inefficient. It was a very long and frustrating experience, but none of this blame should fall on Sara. Upper management needs to take a serious look at the underwriting department.
