Scott's rating suffers from the overall performance of New American Funding. Scott's communication was good . He tried to help with the delays and faulty performance of the appraiser. The underwriters were slow. closing was delayed a week as a result of mistakes by the appraiser and delays in underwriting.

Kelly took over for a file that was already open, so I didn't really get a chance to work with him much. He and Peggy did a good job of catching evrything up. We had a little bit of communication and processing delays between New American and the buyers, but I don't think anyone specifically was to blame. The buyers were pretty much just using their phones for correspondance and a few things got missed or delayed. It all came together in the end.

Ashley was great- knowledgeable and responsive. - and was there to fix some of the mess. Michelle dropped the ball multiple times- l'lost' documents - that were not really lost, she didn't seem to want to try too hard to locate them; easier for me to do the work of resending. Closing was a mess as everything wasn't sent to the seller on time, so I drove 3.5 hrs to get in my new property and that didn't happen. She appears to be someone who never does anything wrong- even when she does- it's never her fault. Hard to correct your mistakes when you never make any.

No enough communication after I asked to keep me updated with the process of the loan. Every time I called there was a different answer about the status of the loan.

Never heard from Quintin - Mitch Hunstad was the one I was communicating with. Here in Arizona we don't wait until the day prior to the close date to get buyer loan documents to the title company, so this last minute stuff made the client (Kyle Peterson) stressed out. However, you pulled it off and got it done quickly and on time which was impressive. Customers can do without the last minute stress though.
