I am not dissatisfied with Rayan, I am upset that it takes so long for me to receive my funds. it is already 5 days since the loan was funded and none of the people have received any funds to pay the outstanding debts which are listed on the papers.

The entire two weeks leading up to closing were chaos. We were ahead with everything on the file. The (I believe she is the processor, Jem) seemed to make a mess out of multiple things. Docs my client said he turned in weren't processed. The closing was delayed, twice, due to numbers not going out. I specifically called her & told her we needed answers, she gave me a run around. I asked specifically to ensure the wire would be initiated on time in order for the 8:30 am closing.. she again told me it was all handled & never an issue. I'm less than impressed with how the file ended. I've had the pleasure of working with several NAF lenders over the years usually with fantastic results.

Reply to emails, communicate better. Brenda was AMAZING but I didn’t receive a single returned phone call or email from mr. Huss. This process is lengthy stressful and confusing for people who aren’t familiar with it, communication is everything and can really help put our minds at ease. With better communication all of my ratings would have been a ten. Brenda went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and helped with problems that came about throughout the process. I don’t think I would have been able to complete this process with out here help. She provided a high level of customer service even when she didn’t have to.
