All communication went well through most of the transaction. The day we were supposed to close didn't go an planned. Myself and buyers were not sure why they weren't able to close on time and why docs weren't through underwriting on time. We waited at the home for 2 hours hoping we could get in later that afternoon. Since docs still weren't in, we had to delay closing to Monday morning. Docs still weren't in by Monday morning, so we pushed it back to Monday afernoon. Delaying closing wasn't ideal for buyers or sellers.

This process was very confusing there were times i asked questions and felt like I was stupid or bothering . Also asking multiple times and given answer and then didnt happen.

Timely response, accurate receipt of documents. Request made with rationale. You funded the loan timely but the poor communication prior to close could have been avoided. I hope our experience improves as a customer. For now, i wont recommend.
