From start to finish, it was approximately 8 weeks. Was pre-approved after initial phone call. Lots of time wasted sending the same documents over again. Process took way too much time.

Mr Bookfor did a gread job. However without any notice the closing did not wire funds as requested and confirmed but mailed checks made out to creditors to me resulting in late payments to those creditors. A result that will likely result in lowet credit score. The excuse was: "not enough information to wire funds." They communicated this in a letter send with the checks which arrived a week after closing.

Austin did a great job, was easy to get ahold of and tried to help in the process, but when it went to the next level, the experience for my client was terrible. Short notice on all communication, more excuses. wrote three or four closing date mods. My client took off work muliple times to close.
