There seemed to be a lack of support in providing documentation. I get the fact that a credit report shows things that you were unaware of, but it was a few documents every couple of days for weeks on end.

more direct communications on phone not just e-mail some people still use the phone and that needs to b addressed,faster process started mine on 8/8/2025 closed 10/16/2025 just a lot of resending of same paperwork two and three times process just drug on and on..Had a friend start his first time home buyers on sept,13 closed nd moved in on Oct 2 thats how mine should have gone need to look at revamping the process some...

Roberts communication was brief. He did assist me when I was unable to make contact with the loan processor. Robert was professional during his process of the loan but seemed frustrated with the other members of the loan team.
