Robert was great with communicating during most parts of the buying process and once we got into contract. What I enjoyed most was that he was prompt with my request when asked to run numbers, request for conditional loan approval and final loan approval. I think what impacted Robert's survey is the part when Cynthia Saval (loan processor) came into the picture. She wasn't as responsive as my client and I would like especially during the home stretch and when things mattered most. For example: she had requested documents to my client but didn't respond whether she received them or not or if they were sufficient. There was also a point where we didn't know if we could close on time because the documents weren't processed and I had asked if we would need an extension. The question came back on me and then she stated that we may have to extend closing but didn't provide clear information whether or not we needed to extend or not. I heard from her in the morning HST but never heard back from her until the following day. With the time difference being in Hawai'i, communication is very important and Cynthia didn't do a great job with that and so that impacts Roberts performance as well. We didn't get final loan documents until the day of singing and escrow worked swiftly to get loan documents prepared to get my client to the signing table. Although I am grateful we were able to close, I would not recommend another client unless a new processor would be assigned.

I had a great experience with Chip, because he was straight forward, and upfront with the information that was given to me. Every time I contacted him he ALWAYS returned my phone call or email. If I had an issue that I was not happy about he took care of it right then and there.

Grace was amazing. Steve troutwood or whatever flat out should be written up. The guy ditched me during the process and refused to return my messages and calls. I requested another person and got Jeff. He got the job done but I would go weeks without hearing from him. He also responded to calls in a unprofessional way, one being with our realtor. I’m glad the company was there for me with a no score loan but during the process I wished I had credit so I didn’t need to deal with this company
