Everything leading up to the closing was excellent. The day of closing I get notified that we are clear to close and then 10 minutes before settlement we are not clear to close. Your company wasn’t even the ones to tell me this my closing attorney was. Not only did we need to move the date of settlement I had to pull teeth basically to get answer about what was going on. This might not have been Jeff’s fault but no one communicated very well and it’s extremely disappointing.
