As a first time home buyer I felt communication could have been a little better. I had to reach out numerous of times regarding the updates on the progress of my loan. I felt it should of been the other way around. The underwriting department I felt could have grouped and asked for what they needed ahead of time instead of one item a day which made my closing date to be pushed out further.
