1. I have thank my brother in law who referred me to Indy. I was expecting "great" experience but it was a OK expr to be frank. 2. Communications - this certainly needs improvement - hardly i have had spoken to you Indy. Mostly to your team assigned with my case. Inspite, of multiple follow-ups no one until end (Elisabeth) took some time to explain what is what and she is absolutely a good listener. She patiently heard my cry and helped me understand certain things also appraised me about the actual situation what was going through and mitigation for the same. Your team didnt take a min or two to call me and explain what is what. I am seeking services from you so it is responsibility of you or your team to keep me comfortable. It has been a black box for me even though i was expecting to learn something out of the entire case.. but alas ! end of the day learning was very little. This is also an experience. Thanks for that. 3. I have already referred few of my friends to DKexpress even though i went through certain hurdles.. assuming it is one off and they could get some learning.

The overall experience was good. There were some instances when there was a communication gap. Indy was hard to reach out through phones but was easily reachable by email.
